This Monday marked Holocaust Memorial Day 2025 with the theme of "For a better future". Our Year 9 historians have been studying Nazi Germany and the Holocaust as part of their curriculum and spent time looking at how we remember and ensure these events can never happen again. As part of this students studied examples of Holocaust memorials from around Europe and designed their own. There was excellent work from the students who really connected with this task and produced some thought provoking pieces of work.
