U15 County Cup football team progress

RISE Up and Shine

Well done to the y10 boys who progressed to the next round of the u15 Blake Cup. The game was very tight and finished 2-2. John Spence scored first, then Niall D scored for SBB. John Spence took the lead again with 5 minutes to play. SBB did not give up and showed great determination and resilience, this was rewarded with a goal from Logan R with the last kick of the game. Man of the match was awarded to Niall D and Finley B! The game went to penalties - Niall D, Bobby G, Isaac M and James P all scored to take the match to sudden death, 4 goals each after 5 penalties. Credit to Finley B who stood up to take a penalty which was saved. John Spence missed the first penalty of sudden death, Will R stood up to calmly put away his penalty and take SBB into the next round.
