Year 9 French Film Study

Year 9 students have just started studying the fabulous French film 'Les Choristes'. It is a musical drama set in a French boarding school for troubled boys in 1949. The newly arrived supervisor struggles to find his way, until he sets up a choir for the boys which helps them to reach their potential. Year 9 will be using their language skills to describe the characters and the relationships between them. It's a favourite with the MFL staff so we hope Year 9 will enjoy watching and studying it as much as we enjoy teaching about it!
