Students Shine at International Darts Competition

RISE Up and Shine

Over the weekend, two of our Y11 students, Rhys and Harman, proudly represented the school at an international darts competition in Malta, gaining valuable experience and showcasing their talent against players from across the globe.

On Saturday morning, Rhys reached the last 16, before being defeated 4–1. Harman also impressed, advancing to the last 32, where he was narrowly beaten 4–1.

On Sunday, they entered the men’s category, where both progressed to the last 256—a commendable achievement given the high level of competition.

The event itself was a fantastic opportunity, bringing together players from different countries. With trophies and prize money available for winners, the atmosphere was both competitive and inspiring. Both students agreed it was a great experience.
