Year 7 students have been learning basic food technology skills that will help them become a whizz in the kitchen. They have been using different knife skills to make coleslaw with fresh ingredients, practicing the bridge and the claw technique. We hope that the finished product made it home so that families could enjoy an extra side dish with the evening meal.
