RISE Up and Shine


I am delighted to introduce myself as the new Deputy Headteacher at St Benet Biscop Catholic Academy. With over 12 years of senior leadership experience, I feel blessed to be joining a school where faith, learning, and community are at the heart of everything we do.


Supporting the well-being and personal growth of our students is a privilege, and I am committed to ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to flourish.


Our mission is not only a guiding principle for our students, but also for me personally. I endeavour to 'rise up and shine' in my own quest: to strengthen my faith, serve our families and wider community, and strive to be the best I can be in my role as Deputy Headteacher.


I look forward to working in partnership with you and our staff as we support every student on their journey to grow academically, spiritually, and personally.
