RISE Up and Shine

Today we celebrating the incredible work of our Learning Support Assistants. They provide invaluable support to our students each and everyday, ensuring students RISE up and shine to be who God intends them to be.

Students this week said, ""I like having someone who understands me"", ""I like having someone to talk to about any issues who will help make my lessons better"" and ""I like having support with my learning to better understand my work"".

Our wonderful team of LSA's said this of their role - ""It is incredibly rewarding because it allows us to witness first-hand the positive impact we can have on a child's education and their growth. While the role can be challenging at times, the reward of seeing a student succeed in something they once thought impossible makes it all worthwhile. We are fortunate to be working in our dream jobs, and it's truly amazing to be able to say that.""
