Design and Technology Year 7 Textiles

Some of our Year 7 students have been learning about and working with textiles materials over the past term. They have had to dig deep and be very resilient: this project explored making techniques that many had not used before, such as using a paper pattern and following instructions to turn a 2D piece of fleece into a 3D object. The 'critters' the students made are excellent in quality and showcased their creativity and imagination.
