Year 10 Presenting Like Professionals

RISE Up and Shine

As part of the GCSE English course, students must make a formal presentation to the class on a topic of their choosing. 10X3 and 10Y4 have been impressing this week with well-prepared talks on a range of subjects including: the importance of physical activity; the futility of war; men's mental health; the struggles of Championship teams when promoted to the Premier League; why judo should be a 'bigger' sport and many more equally interesting topics. The students have really risen up and shown their resilience and maturity - both when presenting and listening, with some thoughtful questions being asked.
