Rehearsals for Rock of Ages have started with a bang this week! The students auditioned before the summer and have been learning their lines and songs in the holidays.

The show takes place in the main hall between Monday 24th to Thursday 27th November and tickets for the show will be on sale very soon.

Rock of Ages is a musical set on the Sunset Strip in 1987, featuring a love story between Drew, a wannabe rocker, and Sherrie, a small-town girl, both chasing their Hollywood dreams. Their aspirations are threatened when German developers plan to demolish their favourite bar, The Bourbon Room, leading them to try and save the venue and their futures, all while navigating the chaotic world of 80s rock and roll with the help of aging rock star Stacee Jaxx. The story unfolds through a "jukebox" score of 1980s rock anthems by bands like Journey, Bon Jovi, and Europe.
