The Y11 rugby team put on a performance of excellent handling and fantastic running to round out their school rugby career with a win at home over Park View Academy. Captain Matthew Welch finished an excellent passing move to open the scoring within minutes of kick off. The game was free flowing and some strong ball carries from Louie Cuthbertson, Ewan Holder and Troy Beecroft helped the team stretch the lead. St Benet Biscop kicked tactically giving the ball to wingers Aidan Howe, Arjun Naryan, Reece Dawson-Rogers, Alex McKellar and Rory McEvoy who made great use of the space out wide. Every single player was an absolute credit to their school, with honesty and thoughtful gestures throughout, their sportsmanship was truly of the highest standard.
