The second part of the day focused on collaboration, with staff working in teams to plan for the year ahead. A group of Subject Leaders and Heads of Progress met to share ideas, explore best practice and develop approaches to enhance teaching and learning.

Through professional dialogue and group activities, colleagues drew on their collective expertise to solve problems, refine strategies and learn from one another. This collaborative approach ensures that we continue to grow as professionals and ultimately provide the very best educational experience for our students.
