U13 Girls Football Success

Our U13 girls football team travelled up to Berwick for round 3 of the National Cup on Monday 23rd February. The girls played some excellent football, and won the fixture 6-0, which is testimony to their resilience and team-work throughout the game.

Player of the match goes to Lucy Heatley, who scored 5 out of the 6 goals!

The team are now down to the final 32 schools, out of an initial 206, which in itself is a huge achievement for their first season playing together. We are due to play Excelsior Academy in round 4 of the cup in the coming week. As always, we look forward to updating you on their progress!
